The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Building Inspector for a prominent client of ours. Multiple position available in various locations listed below:
- St. Lucie County, FL (Building Inspector and Plans Reviewer)
- Tampa, FL (Plumbing Inspector)
- Brevard County, FL (Building Inspector)
Job Description:
- $39-$45/HR to start!
- 6-month assignment (contract to hire based on performance and need).
- Main responsibilities include:
- Daily route of inspections consisting typically of 15 to 25 inspections per eight-hour shift.
- Complete inspections with basis on the Florida building code, approved plans, and the approved permit.
- Role consists of daily travel to client sites.
Qualifications:
- Engineer's license, registered architect license, or building code administrator’s license is required.
- Must have a vehicle that is able to transport a ladder.
