The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm, and we are currently seeking a Manufacturing Associate for a client of ours. This position will be located in Worcester, MA 01605. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Pay: $20-27/hour
Long Term Contract
Under some supervision manages Production projects including the introduction of new projects and technology into Production, and Manufacturing Improvement.
Works in concert with peers in other departments to meet project timelines.
Responsible for tracking the transfer, implementation and monitoring of projects. Uses SAP, LIMS, PI, and other systems, programs, and databases to input, verify, monitor and analyze pertinent data.
Works with Production personnel on the preparation of batch records and review of batch records after execution.
Schedules work tasks, with general assistance, to support project and campaign timelines. Manages document review and approval to meet project timelines and provides status reports to management. ·
Works with management and senior staff to determine appropriate course of action within defined procedures.
Tracks ongoing problems and gathers information for analysis.

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher.
- 1-3+ years of relevant work experience.
- GMP experience is desired.
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
