Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web-based applications for internal users, with a focus on both frontend and backend development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
- Implement frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.js, ensuring a responsive and intuitive user interface.
- Develop backend services and APIs using technologies such as Node.js, Java, to support frontend functionality and enable seamless data exchange.
- Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in frontend development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks/libraries such as React.js.
- Solid understanding of backend development concepts and experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the stack.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with tools such as Git, Jira, or similar.
- A passion for learning and continuous improvement, with a proactive mindset towards exploring new technologies and best practices.
