Pay: $25-30/hr
Location: Hybrid; 2 days onsite (Tuesdays & Wednesdays in Marlborough, MA)
Duration: 4 month contract initially

Job Responsibilities:
- Tracking all of product insights putting it into excel tracker, finding the PO data. Searching recall websites.
- Performs analysis, organizes and drafts work product for Company product safety, recall management, and other compliance projects, as assigned.
- Assists with projects relating to compliance with state, federal or international product laws, projects impacting product safety, and the implementation of Company's recall management or other compliance policies.
- Maintains Company's product safety databases and related documentation for compliance with laws and regulations.
- Provides administrative and operational support for product recalls and other compliance initiatives.
- Assists with daily product compliance program functions including incidence response.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn, take direction well and be a team player
- Demonstrates flexibility and ability to adapt to ever-changing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
