The Fountain Group is currently seeking a EHS Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Framingham, MA. Details for the position are as follows:
Pay Range: $51-71/hr
Contract: 1 year with possible extension or conversion
100% onsite
Job Description:
- Implementing, monitoring, and participating in the development of site health and safety programs (Ergonomics, Laboratory and Chemical Safety, Bloodborne Pathogens, Biosafety, Laboratory inspections, etc.)
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local occupational health and safety regulations and permits (Occupational Safety and Health Administration and local permits).
- Leading risk assessment processes, including, but not limited to job hazard analyses, hazardous chemicals and ergonomics.
- Conducting comprehensive environmental, health and safety inspections of laboratories and facilities.
- Conducting accident/incident investigations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of direct EHS experience
