This position is local to Boston, MA --- seeking semi-local candidates only. No C2C, W2.
We are seeking a highly motivated IT Program Manager to join our team and lead transformative initiatives within our application landscape.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and overseeing the transition of our application portfolio, including bespoke solutions, SaaS, and hosted applications.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and risk assessments. Effectively manage project execution, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project milestones and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners. Proactively communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders, fostering collaboration and support.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential project risks, such as technical challenges, resource constraints, or external dependencies. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition for employees and stakeholders during the build-up and operational transformation.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of experience in Program management overseeing Application projects.
- Process driven, structured
- Proficiency in Excel over PowerPoint
- Project or program manager certification, like PMP
- Highly preferred >>>> Experience in the medical device, medical technology, or high-tech industry within a manufacturing context.
