The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Device Engineer for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in South San Francisco, CA. Details for the position are as follows:
Pay Range: $55-64/hr
Contract: 1 year with possible extension or conversion100% onsiteJob Description:
- Responsible for providing design, development, and implementation support to project teams developing combination drug delivery devices for parenteral pharmaceutical theraputics.
- Create drawings (2D, 3D), perform tolerance stackup analysis, use statistics and Design of Experiements (DOE) to evaluate design performance.
- Plan and execute test method validation projects, including developing, performing, and documenting test method validation activities in accordance with cGMP.
- Draft, review, and approve design control documents (DHF documents) to support device developement deliverables, such as protocols, design verification, design validation, FMEA, risk management plans, change management plans, and design review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- CAD design experience (DOE, DFM, design controls, etc.)
- Medical device, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry
