Pay Rate: $31.00 per hour W2
M-F, 40 hours per week
o The right candidate will possess strong financial, analytical, and communication skills to influence data-driven business decisions.
o Support the deal flow approvals process by reviewing submissions for requirements and work with sales, strategy & operations and finance to correct
o Support deal desk teams across all verticals and lines of businesses to create deal models
o Support the development of decision support materials by producing analytics spanning merchant comparables, our portfolio's performance, and market intelligence
o Maintain and update SQL queries to support deal models and analytics
o Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement new processes and frameworks for investment decisions
o Work to increase our approach to balancing growth vs. profitability
o Analyze business/financial measurements, uncover trends and assess current / future business risks and opportunities
Qualifications / preferred skills:
o 3 years of relevant experience
o Manipulate datasets, uncover hidden insights in our data, and improve our understanding of our business through this process
o Excel skills are required
o Basic SQL proficiency (or willingness to learn)
