The Fountain Group is currently seeking a QC Tech I for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Piscataway, NJ. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Pay rate up to $26.51 Per Hour
- 3 Month Contract to start
- 1st Shift — 6:45 AM–2:45 PM
- Perform routine inspections and functional testing according to established procedures and specifications
- Conduct physical inspections and physiochemical analyses using specialized testing equipment
- Accurately document inspection results and maintain laboratory records
- Perform sample collection, labeling, storage, inventory, and disposal
- Assist with equipment maintenance and calibration
- Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety requirements
- Identify and report deviations/non-conformances
- Support QC investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with general laboratory activities, including equipment cleaning and material handling
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Hands-on functional testing experience
- Experience with calipers or similar measurement tools
- Laboratory/QC experience preferred
- Ability to follow SOPs and GMP procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable with routine physical laboratory tasks
