The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Enablement Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This is a 100% Remote Role. Details for the position are as follows:
Pay Rate : $30.37/hr on W2 (Unfortuantely, NO Flex in the pay rate)
Job Description:
Support successful product commercialization by creating sales and service enablement materials, coordinating release readiness, and improving adoption across customer-facing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Service Enablement
Develop sales presentations, feature guides, one-pagers, FAQs, training and customer documentation.
Maintain version-controlled enablement content.
Product Release Readiness
Coordinate launch readiness across Product, Engineering, Marketing and Service.
Develop release communication plans.
Training & Knowledge Management
Create training for sales and service teams.
Maintain centralized knowledge repositories.
Communication & Change Management
Translate technical updates into customer-friendly messaging.
Support product adoption initiatives.
Adoption & Metrics
Track training completion and adoption metrics.
Support post-launch reviews.
Skill Requirements:
2+ years’ in Content Creation + Technical Documentation (Sales Support / Enablement).
Enablement Content / Training Development: Experience creating sales decks / presentations, training materials, feature guides, one-pagers, FAQs, SOPs/customer documentation and maintaining organized/version-controlled content.
Strong PowerPoint/content-development skills are likely important.
Exposure to automotive, diesel engines, diagnostics, power systems or other technical/industrial product a plus.
