We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking an Sr. Software Engineer for a prominent client of ours. This position is remote. Details of the position are as follows:
Job Details:
- Pay: $84 - $90/hr to Start!!
- 12-month assignment, possibility conversion based upon performance.
- Remote. Core hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST. The rest of the hours can be worked earlier or afternoon.
- As the Senior Software Engineer, you will report to the Software Engineering Manager and continuously collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to solve the most critical technical problems.
- Champion code quality, reusability, scalability security and help make strategic software architecture decisions with the lead engineer.
- Conduct design and code reviews.
- Collaborate with Lead Engineers, Product and Project Management to take small ideas or concepts and turn them into high fidelity technical game plans and achieve the products and business goals.
- Mentor software engineers utilizing proven design patterns and your experience building large scale public facing software.
Qualifications:
- Degree with 6+ years’ of full tack software engineering experience. This will be mostly Web Applications over Mobile.
- Lead experience required. Experience owning features end-to-end.
- Seeking Senior Engineer – full stack Engineer experienced wth React, Nest JS, Node.JS, AWS – testing frameworks used – development and automation experience sought.
- Familiarity with AWS for releases, deployments.
- Comfortable working with product + design teams. There is a core DevOps team that handles container work.
- X-Factors tend to be around soft skills, translating product needs to technical requirements.
