Benefits Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, benefits administration, or a related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of employee benefit plans and terminology or willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in doing Mail Merges with Microsoft Word a plus
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce) preferred
• Preferred (Optional)
• Exposure to benefits compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA)

• Customer service orientation with a focus on employee support
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Team collaboration and adaptability
