Job Details:
- 3-month assignment, possibility extension based upon performance and budget.
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM CST (Hybrid, 3 days on-site)
- Position will be responsible for the technical vision, development, and support of our next-generation data platforms. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2.x, Oracle Database 19c, WebLogic, and Linux-based environments.
- The ideal candidate will serve as both an application and platform DBA, helping to design, build, maintain, and optimize database environments that support critical business operations.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Middleware technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Oracle Fusion, or Oracle EPM is highly desirable.
REQUIRED Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle database administration.
- Comprehensive experience with Oracle 19c (or newer) RAC environments on Linux/Unix, including Software installation, Database creation, Patching, Performance tuning,
- Expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.x administration, including upgrades, migrations, and application support.
- Strong experience managing the full lifecycle of Oracle WebLogic Server, including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
- Strong Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud applications such as:
- Oracle Fusion
- Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
- Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
- Experience with Oracle Middleware technologies, including:
- SOA Suite
- Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services and architecture.
- Oracle professional certifications such as:
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP)
- Oracle Certified Associate (OCA)
- OCI Architect Certification
- WebLogic Server Administrator Certification
