Pay Rate: $46-$50/hour W2.
Location: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite in Chicago 60654.
Duration: 6 months with extensions based on client need and performance. 
 

Overview:
Our Fortune 500 SAAS client has multiple needs for both technical & sales recruiters – preference for both roles to have a background in sales recruiting (or sales experience) and ideal to come from tech company.


We are seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to support our high-growth Small and Medium Business (SMB) Sales organization, with additional support across G&A and Tech as needed.

This is a high-volume, exceptionally fast-paced environment that requires a talent partner who thrives in ambiguity. In this role, you will manage the entire hiring process from initial sourcing to offer acceptance, helping us scale our SMB Go-To-Market teams.

Responsibilities: 
* High-Velocity Recruiting: Source, recruit, and hire high-caliber sales professionals specifically for our fast-paced SMB Go-To-Market teams.
* Navigate Ambiguity: Effectively operate and make sound decisions within a fluid, rapidly changing environment, turning abstract hiring needs into structured talent pipelines.
* Strategic Sourcing Partnership : Work collaboratively with our Talent Attraction team to accept talent and proactively apply candidates to multiple open opportunities.
* Leadership Partnership: Build solid relationships with SMB Sales leadership teams, serving as a trusted talent advisor before, during, and after the recruiting process.
* Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with internal departments (Finance, Legal, etc.) to smoothly drive the recruiting process, negotiate offers and seamlessly bring talent through to onboarding.

Qualifications:
4+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house), with a proven track record in a fast-paced Sales or GTM recruiting environment is required.
Tech industry experience or technical sales recruiting experience is required.
Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors using advanced direct-sourcing and interviewing techniques is needed.
Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and the ability to articulate the our SaaS client's value proposition and story to candidates.

Preferred Requirements
* Experience recruiting for SMB sales teams within a rapidly growing technology or SaaS company is highly preferred.
