Job Description:
- Pay: $31.04 – 37.93/hr (W2)
- 6-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and continued need.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for newly signed merchants throughout the onboarding process
- Guide merchants through account setup, menu configuration, operational setup, and platform training
- Conduct onboarding calls and walkthroughs via phone, email, and video conferencing
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Account Management, and Tech Support teams to resolve onboarding issues
- Track onboarding progress and maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and internal systems
- Support merchants through launch and first orders while ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Manage multiple merchant onboarding projects simultaneously while meeting activation and satisfaction goals
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in merchant onboarding, customer success, account management, or related client-facing roles required
- Experience managing multiple client or merchant onboardings concurrently
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and CRM/operations platforms
- Background in restaurant, food service, marketplace, SaaS, or food tech environments preferred
- Familiarity with catering operations or large-order food programs is a plus
