The Fountain Group, national staffing firm, is currently seeking a Senior Business Process Strategist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Mettawa, IL (HYBRID). Details for the position are as follows:
Contract of 6 months (though end of 2026), with likely extensions.
Pay range is $70-75/hr.Hybrid: 3 days a week in-office (Tue.-Thurs.).

1 Translate strategy into structured, executable frameworks and operating models
2. Design scalable workflows, templates, and repeatable process systems
3. Develop clear, actionable business and operational requirements
4. Create artifacts and structured documentation systems from exec-ready, director level and manager level audiences
5. Enable cross-functional execution through workflow design, governance, and coordination
