Job Description:
- Pay: $23.80/hr (W2)
- Full-time, 40 hours/week
- 7-month assignment through end of year with potential for extension based on performance and business need
- Multiple scheduled available; weekend availability is required
- EST hours, Mon – Fri
- PST hours, 11AM onward, Mon – Fri
- CST hours, Sat – Wed
- You will support daily operations and quality management across delivery and fulfillment workflows
- Monitor and troubleshoot fulfillment challenges before they become widespread
- Interact regularly with customers, merchants, and employees
- Execute and provide feedback on standard operating procedures and internal operational tools
- Assist with launching and supporting pilot initiatives and operational improvements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of last-mile logistics or live operations support required
- Experience in high-visibility delivery/logistics environments such as FedEx, UPS, or similar strongly preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal communication and attention to detail
- Experience with Slack and Google Workspace preferred
- Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Call center backgrounds will not be considered
