Job Details:
- Pay: $24/hr to Start!!
- 5-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
- Monday – Friday full-time
- Position will be mainly responsible for processing permissions requests, supporting licensing operations, and maintaining accurate rights and metadata information across publishing platforms.
- Position will also be responsible for communicating with internal teams, external vendors, and clients regarding permissions, copyright updates, and licensing requests.
- Position will also support process improvements, reporting, invoicing activities, and content governance initiatives within a medical publishing environment.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in publishing, permissions, licensing operations, or copyright Required.
- Experience working in a publishing environment preferred.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
