HR Contact Center Support Specialist
Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid – WFH 2 Days)
Pay Rate: $22.94/hr

Job Description
Seeking an HR Contact Center Support Specialist to provide employee support for payroll inquiries, HR case management, and administrative services in a high-volume contact center environment. This role supports employee data management, payroll inquiry resolution, HR policy guidance, and case documentation using ServiceNow and related systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound HR and payroll-related calls in a contact center environment
- Resolve employee payroll and timekeeping inquiries and route escalations appropriately
- Create, track, and manage HR cases using ServiceNow
- Support employee data updates, verifications, and HR documentation processes
- Process tuition reimbursement requests and policy acknowledgements
- Assist with leave of absence (LOA) inquiries and HR support requests
- Generate and maintain employee records, reports, and communications
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel for case tracking and reporting
- Partner with payroll and HR teams to support issue resolution and employee support operations
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of HR contact center or customer service support experience
- Inbound call center experience
- Payroll inquiry resolution experience
- Knowledge of payroll and timekeeping processes
- ServiceNow case management experience
- HR case management and employee support experience
- Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
- Employee data management and documentation
- Experience handling HR-related inquiries including payroll, LOA, and policy questions
- Case tracking and administrative support experience
