Senior Graphic Designer (Social Content Designer)
Pay: $70 - $75/hourLocation: Alameda, CA
Schedule: 100% Onsite (Manager requires onsite presence)

Position Overview

- Design engaging social-first creative assets for Instagram, Facebook, Meta platforms, and other digital/social channels.
- Translate campaign strategy into visually compelling content optimized for audience engagement.
- Create static graphics, motion-based social content, carousels, story assets, and digital campaign visuals.
- Partner with marketing strategists, copywriters, and creative leads to concept and execute content.
- Maintain brand consistency while adapting creative for native social platform performance.
- Balance polished corporate branding with content that feels authentic and engaging within social environments.
- Iterate quickly based on performance insights, creative feedback, and changing campaign priorities
- Stay current on social media design trends, emerging content formats, and best practices
- Manage multiple creative priorities in a fast-moving environment
- 5+ years of graphic design experience with strong social/digital content creation focus
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, digital campaigns, and brand-forward design work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience designing for Instagram, Facebook, Meta ecosystems
- Strong typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to create content optimized for native social performance
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting health, wellness, consumer tech, wearables, or lifestyle brands
- Motion graphics / light animation experience is a plus
- Experience balancing corporate brand standards with social-native creative
- Ability to pivot between highly branded campaign content and looser organic social assets
