Job Description
High-volume call center role supporting remote patient monitoring operations. Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, collecting and documenting INR test results, supporting patient supply orders, and coordinating result reporting with physicians based on clinic protocols. Role includes assisting users with digital platforms, monitoring testing adherence schedules, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data handling standards. Requires adherence to scripted call workflows and strict schedule management in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- High School Diploma required
- Associate’s Degree preferred
Required Skills
- 2+ years high-volume call center experience (inbound & outbound calling)
- INR result collection and documentation
- Remote patient monitoring support experience
- Call scripting adherence in healthcare/customer support workflows
- Physician result reporting processes (clinic-defined protocols)
- HIPAA compliance and healthcare data handling standards
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Navigation across multiple web-based systems and platforms
- Smart device usage for remote monitoring support
