Position Summary
The Inventory & Repair Coordinator is responsible for billing, packaging, and shipping customer owned two way radio communication devices within a depot environment. This role requires a highly organized, detail oriented individual who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting service level expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Bill, package, and ship communication devices for repair services
- Process customer equipment with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with service level requirements
- Collaborate with FTC teams, service groups, and customers professionally
- Communicate status updates, issues, and resolutions clearly
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of inventory/shipping & receiving/operations coordination experience required.
- Experience with billing, packaging, and shipping processes is required.
- Technical proficiency including with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn new systems such as Salesforce and Oracle is needed.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs is needed along with ability to type at minimum 30 words per minute.
