The Fountain Group is currently seeking a RWE Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Santa Monica, CA OR Remote, US. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Develop, review, and support study protocols and statistical analysis plans for RWE studies
- Conduct analyses using claims, EHR, and observational registry databases
- Perform data quality reviews and ensure integrity of primary and secondary datasets
- Communicate study findings and project updates to cross-functional stakeholders
- Support development of dashboards, reports, abstracts, manuscripts, and publication materials
- Collaborate with Biometrics, Clinical Operations, Safety, and programming teams
- Contribute to internal RWE methodologies, workflows, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Statistics, or related field with 4+ years of relevant RWD experience; OR Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong experience working with claims, EHR, and registry data sources
- Proficiency with statistical programming tools such as SAS and/or R
- Solid understanding of epidemiologic methods, observational research, and statistical concepts
- Oncology research experience strongly preferred
- Experience with external control arm (ECA) methodologies and regulatory/post-marketing RWE applications preferred
- Familiarity with major oncology RWD platforms such as HealthVerity, Optum, IQVIA, or Flatiron preferred
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills in a matrixed environment
