Pay Rates

Day Shift: $25.00/hr

Night Shift: $27.50/hr

Note: Candidates must be flexible to work either shift. Final shift assignment will be confirmed at offer stage.

Job Summary
The Manufacturing Associate I supports the production of therapeutic proteins (API) in a cGMP-regulated biotech environment. This entry-level role involves executing batch processes, monitoring equipment, performing basic lab tasks, and maintaining compliance with GMP/GDP standards.
Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment

Execute CIP/SIP (clean-in-place / steam-in-place) processes

Follow SOPs and maintain accurate GMP/GDP documentation

Perform basic lab tasks (pH, conductivity, sampling)

Handle materials and support production workflows

Perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and 6S activities

Participate in training, shift handoffs, and team meetings
Qualifications

High School Diploma required (AS/BS in Science preferred)

0–3 years of experience is required (manufacturing or biotech preferred)

Basic understanding of cGMP environment (training provided)

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs

Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to work long shifts and in a team-based environment
Nice to Have

Experience in biotech/pharma manufacturing

Exposure to aseptic techniques

Familiarity with GMP documentation practices
