Job Description:
Duration: 6 months
Pay: $45-50/hr.
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support high-volume, full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical and corporate functions within a fast-paced, global technology organization. This individual will serve as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers while driving sourcing, candidate engagement, and hiring process excellence across multiple business units.
The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within technology, telecommunications, engineering, or public safety environments and thrive in a matrixed organization. This role requires strong sourcing capabilities, ATS expertise, compliance knowledge, and the ability to leverage recruiting metrics and AI-driven sourcing tools to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, business objectives, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Recruit for a variety of technical and corporate roles including:
- Software Engineering
- Hardware/Electrical Engineering
- IT
- Product Management
- Sales
- Finance
- Conduct candidate assessments and pre-submittal interviews to evaluate qualifications, technical fit, and overall alignment.
Sourcing & Talent Strategy
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
- Utilize sourcing platforms and tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS databases, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage AI-driven recruitment technologies and sourcing automation tools to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate engagement.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing recruiting insights, market intelligence, and compensation guidance.
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Work effectively within a global and matrixed organizational structure.
Process, Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within ATS systems, preferably Workday Recruiting.
- Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and all applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Track recruiting metrics and performance data to inform hiring strategy and process improvements.
- Participate in Talent Acquisition process improvement initiatives and best practice development.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of recruiting experience, including technical and engineering recruiting.
- Experience working in a full-desk recruiting environment.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes.
- Strong experience recruiting within technology, telecommunications, engineering, or public safety industries.
- Experience recruiting for both technical and corporate positions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Workday Recruiting strongly preferred.
- Experience using sourcing tools and modern recruiting technologies.
- Knowledge of OFCCP and EEO compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leveraging recruiting metrics and analytics to drive hiring decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a corporate/in-house recruiting environment.
- Experience supporting global or matrixed organizations.
- Certification in behavioral interviewing, competency modeling, or related assessment tools.
- Experience using AI-powered sourcing and recruiting automation technologies.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
