Job Description:
- Pay: $27-38 an/hr
- 12 Month Assignment possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget
- Mon-Fri
- The position will mainly be responsible for maintain building related equipment and R&D lab support activities.
- The position will support the day-to-day operation and maintenance of all Genetech Facilities, including the management of building utilities (HVAC, compressed air, house vacuum, microbulk CO2 tank, and access control system)
- The position will manage service providers for regular service visits and after-hour emergency calls
- The position will perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance rounds for assigned tasks and complete all logs and paperwork associated.
- The position will manage company assets that require asset tagging and work with multiple departments to provide proper classification
- The position will prepare job estimates for customers including time and material costs.
- The position will ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies and develop and maintain equipment maintenance logs as new systems are added.
- The position will manage all WO documentation in the CMMS and document management systems.
- The position will follow standard operating procedures as needed when working in both R&D and GMP environments.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required!
- 4+ years of related experience
- Experience using Siemens Desigo Building Management system or similar software
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook
