Packaging Production Designer – Global Creative (El Segundo, CA | Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $41.71/hr
Duration: 2 Months, with potential extensions.
Location: El Segundo, CA
Schedule: Hybrid (WFH 2 days)
Job Summary
We are seeking a Packaging Production Designer to support Global Creative for a luxury beauty brand. This role will focus on designing and developing high-quality packaging solutions from concept through production-ready artwork while collaborating across marketing, product development, and creative teams.
Key Responsibilities

Concept, design, and develop packaging solutions from initial sketches to final production

Create production-ready artwork for primary & secondary packaging

Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and cross-functional teams

Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Maintain and organize creative assets, libraries, and design files

Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and packaging standards

Conduct research on luxury beauty trends and competitive landscape

Work with vendors and production partners to ensure feasibility and quality
Qualifications

Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience

Proven experience in packaging design

Beauty or luxury industry experience preferred

Experience with branding, market research, and product placement

Ability to work within established brand guidelines

Strong project management and multitasking skills
Software Skills

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
