Graphic Designer – Marketing & Brand Creative
Pay Rate: $29–$31/hour
Duration: 10-Month Contract
About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the Core Diagnostics division through the development of innovative visual solutions across print and digital platforms. This role will focus on creating high-impact marketing collateral, product launch materials, tradeshow graphics, social assets, and digital applications that align with brand standards and business objectives.
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, experienced in multi-channel design execution, and comfortable managing projects from concept through final production in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop marketing and branding materials supporting product launches and marketing initiatives
- Create visual assets for print, digital, tradeshow, social media, and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate closely with internal clients, project managers, designers, and external vendors to execute creative concepts
- Maintain consistency with established brand guidelines and visual identity standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations
- Participate in concept development, creative brainstorming, and campaign execution
- Prepare files for production and ensure accuracy through internal proofing and review processes
- Support integrated marketing initiatives across various communication channels
- Contribute creative ideas that elevate brand presence and customer engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within an internal creative team or agency environment
- Experience leading design projects from concept through completion
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution across multiple mediums
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
- InDesign
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- Experience with Figma
- Experience designing across multiple formats including:
- Digital
- Tradeshow graphics
- Social media
- Marketing collateral
- Experience supporting brand launches or new product campaigns
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and visual storytelling principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
- Experience working within healthcare, diagnostics, medical device, or corporate marketing environments
- Mac iOS proficiency
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
