Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team supporting Corporate Legal Document Fulfillment and Service of Process (SOP) operations. In this role, you will help businesses stay compliant with government regulations by processing legal and corporate documentation accurately and efficiently.
This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers, and managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by analyzing requests, ensuring compliance and accuracy, and communicating updates effectively
- Support Transactional Corporate Legal Document Fulfillment and Service of Process (SOP) functions
- Review and submit legal filings and document requests including:

- Incorporations
- Formations
- Retrieval requests
- Compliance and status checks
- Manage receipt, scanning, forwarding, and retention of legal service of process documents
- Process state and customer documents using proprietary systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and security guidelines
- Assist with issue resolution for internal and external customers
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Participate in training initiatives and support implementation of policy/process changes
- Provide consultative support and training to customers, team members, and vendors regarding jurisdictional requirements and products
- Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service or related professional experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent data entry, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-energy workplace
