About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the Retail Line of Business within a fast-paced digital creative environment. This role will focus on managing projects for various retail clients while partnering closely with creative, account, and cross-functional teams to drive successful delivery of digital marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing digital creative projects within an agency environment, expertise using Workfront, and experience supporting resume/email management or marketing workflow projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project management leadership, oversight, and support across all project deliverables
- Lead large integrated digital creative projects from concept through final delivery
- Drive project execution while ensuring adherence to established processes, workflows, and project controls
- Facilitate digital creative requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Manage timelines, priorities, deliverables, risks, and dependencies across multiple projects
- Partner with creative, account, and business teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Participate in capacity planning across creative teams to monitor utilization and bandwidth
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout project execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, leadership, and stakeholders
- Support portfolio business reviews with Account Directors and Account Managers
- Collaborate on digital creative marketing recommendations, strategies, and client solutions
- Mentor and help guide cross-functional project teams
- Support additional special projects and operational initiatives as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- In lieu of degree, equivalent professional experience will be considered
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Experience leading digital creative projects in an advertising agency or in-house creative environment
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using project management software, preferably Workfront
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Must-Have Experience
- Workfront experience
- Agency experience (external or in-house)
- Experience supporting resume management and/or email management projects
- Digital creative project management experience

- Understanding of digital creative workflows and production processes
- Experience navigating large, complex organizations
