We’re seeking an experienced Recruiter to support plant-based and corporate Supply Chain hiring initiatives for a leading consumer brands organization. This is an exciting opportunity to partner directly with Hiring Managers and HR leaders while managing full life-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to offer
- Build strong pipelines of qualified and diverse talent
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, and CRM tools
- Conduct candidate screenings and provide concise candidate summaries to Hiring Managers
- Maintain strong communication with candidates, Hiring Managers, and HR partners
- Use recruiting metrics and data insights to influence hiring decisions
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of professional recruiting experience• Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday and CRMs like Phenom
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using recruiting data and analytics to drive decisions
Nice to Have:
- Previous Supply Chain recruiting experience
Experience supporting manufacturing or corporate operations hiring
