Job Description:
- Pay: $40 – 46/hr (W2)
- 2-year assignment with potential for extension or conversion based on performance, budget, and headcount.
- Hybrid/onsite position based in Fort Worth TX, Houston TX, or Irvine CA (if local to Houston/Irvine, will be expected to periodically travel to Fort Worth)
- You will serve as the primary technical administrator and system owner for the Docebo LMS platform
- Manage LMS configuration, integrations, APIs, reporting, automation rules, permissions, and platform optimization
- Support integrations with HRIS, analytics tools, identity management systems, and content providers
- Troubleshoot technical issues, analyze root causes, and independently resolve platform problems
- Partner with HR, Learning & Development, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable LMS solutions
- Monitor system performance, data integrity, governance compliance, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Strong technical experience administering enterprise LMS, HR systems, SaaS platforms, or similar systems required
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, data flows, and technical troubleshooting required
- Ability to learn complex platforms quickly and work independently as the primary system owner required
- Experience with Docebo or another enterprise LMS highly preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide systems in a global organization preferred
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, and change management processes preferred
- Experience partnering with HR, L&D, or commercial learning teams preferred
- Experience with reporting, analytics, UX/UI improvements, or regulated environments is a plus
