Job Description:: $38 - $40 + Commission
- A Parcel Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline for parcel shipping and logistics solutions.
- This role works closely with eCommerce and retail companies to help them improve delivery speed, reduce shipping costs, and enhance the customer experience.
- The position focuses on outbound prospecting, qualifying decision-makers, and collaborating with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
- Prospect and identify high-potential eCommerce, retail, and logistics companies through outbound phone calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Qualify prospective customers by uncovering shipping challenges, operational pain points, and business goals.
- Engage and build credibility with Director, VP, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or full-cycle sales.
- Google Workspace
- Sales tools like Salesforce or other CRM
- Experience in logistics, parcel shipping, eCommerce, supply chain, or SaaS sales.
- Knowledge of shipping carriers, fulfillment operations, and transportation solutions.
