Job Description:
- Pay rate: $25 - 32/hr W2
- 7 – months assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget.
- Shift Schedule: Alternating shifts (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM and 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM) every two to four weeks.
Required skills:
- Minimum Education: Trade school or equivalent military service or HSD/GED.
- Experience in HVAC, Air handlers, chillers, and exhaust fans is required.
- Repairing, monitoring, and preventative maintenance of the systems/HVAC is required.
- Experience in manufacturing, production industry, commercial, industrial setting is required.
Nice to have:
- Siemens and SAP or S4 Hanna for CMMS, not required, highly preferred. They will provide training.
- Must be comfortable with good documentation practices, regular documentation of the work performed.
Responsibilities:
- HVAC Operations and Documentation: Serve as the primary technician for site HVAC equipment (air handlers, chillers, exhaust fans, etc.).
- Perform and document daily rounds in compliance with GDP and GMP.
- System Monitoring and Alarm Response: Monitor EMS and Client for system functions and alarms. Assess potential impacts and communicate operational issues to the facilities team.
- HVAC System Maintenance: Execute maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, including chillers and air handlers.
