Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated contractor to support our team with light project management and ticket handling tasks. The ideal candidate is adept at working independently, takes initiative, and excels in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve tracking project timelines, organizing tasks, managing support tickets, and ensuring follow-ups with appropriate stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage ticketing systems, assigning and tracking requests as needed
• Support project managers with scheduling, follow-ups, and documentation
• Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met
• Maintain clear and concise records of ongoing tasks and project statuses
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Comfortable with computers and learning new software
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in project coordination, administrative support, or similar roles
• Experience with ticket or project management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Trello, etc.)
