We are The Fountain Group, a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Recruiter for a prominent client of ours. This position is Fully Remote based in EST/CST time zones only. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Pay: $27–$32/hour (starting rate)
- Duration: 6-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (Fully Remote)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for management, district, and regional roles by developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and identifying, engaging, and assessing top candidates using ATS tools, social media, and research methods.
- Partner with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition leadership as a trusted advisor to influence hiring decisions, align on staffing strategies, and deliver a best-in-class experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Drive proactive talent acquisition initiatives through competitive intelligence, market research, and strategic planning, while anticipating challenges and communicating progress to meet hiring goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting and/or sourcing experience required
- Hands-on sourcing experience using internet research, networking, and cold calling
- Strong talent assessment and influencing skills
- Demonstrated business acumen and intellectual curiosity
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of leadership
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple searches/projects while adapting to changing priorities
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
