Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to support the design, development, and integration of advanced automation equipment and precision mechanical systems within our manufacturing operations.
This role focuses on delivering high-performance automation solutions that meet strict precision, reliability, and safety standards. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in mechanical design, motion systems, and system integration, along with a collaborative mindset and strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components, fixtures, and automation systems for manufacturing applications
- Create detailed designs and models using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor)
- Develop high-precision automation solutions utilizing motion control systems and engineering principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and implementation
- Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for accuracy, reliability, and efficiency
- Perform simulations and engineering analysis to validate designs and improve performance
- Apply knowledge of heat transfer and thermal systems in equipment design and integration
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and validation protocols
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
Required Qualifications
- Strong foundation in mechanical engineering and automation principles
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD)
- Experience designing mechanical components and automation systems (fixtures, material handling, etc.)
- Knowledge of motion control systems (stepper motors, servo motors, linear actuators)
- Understanding of heat transfer principles and thermal system applications
- Experience with system troubleshooting, testing, and performance optimization
- High attention to detail, especially in precision engineering environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
