Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Pay: $50 – 58/hr (W2)
- Hybrid role – 3 days onsite
- 6-month assignment with possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and continued need
- You will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical R&D/engineering and commercial roles within a MedTech Surgery organization
- You will partner with hiring managers and HR to align recruiting strategy with business needs
- You will source and engage candidates in competitive, high-volume recruiting environments
- You will build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- You will leverage applicant tracking systems (Workday Recruit preferred), sourcing tools, CRM platforms, and scheduling systems
- You will analyze recruiting metrics and market trends to improve hiring outcomes
- You will ensure recruiting compliance (EEOS) and promote inclusive hiring practices
- You will network within MedTech and tech communities to strengthen talent pipelines
- You may leverage AI-driven recruiting tools and market intelligence platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience (5+ preferred)
- Strong experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting
- Experience recruiting technical, engineering, or R&D roles preferred (MedTech, robotics, or tech industry experience a plus)
- Experience in large, matrixed organizations (Big Tech, automotive, aerospace, defense) preferred
- Proficiency with Workday Recruit or similar ATS systems
- Strong understanding of recruiting compliance and employment law (EEOC)
- Experience building proactive talent pipelines and sourcing passive candidates
