HPC Systems Administrator (Data Center Operations & Infrastructure)

Shift Information:

• Monday-Friday, Standard Business Hours, Onsite Position!
• Pay range starts at $70+/hr!
• 7+ Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

• Position is primarily responsible for providing advanced technical support and administration within a high-performance computing (HPC) environment, including cluster management, system stability, and infrastructure support
• Position will also be responsible for supporting data center operations including server hardware troubleshooting, cooling system maintenance, storage environment coordination, and overall system health monitoring
• Position will oversee acting as a technical advisor to stakeholders, contributing to solution development, coordinating operational activities and meetings, and supporting project execution with light project management responsibilities

• Strong experience with HPC systems administration, including Linux/Unix environments and cluster management, is required!
• Hands-on data center or infrastructure experience including servers, hardware diagnostics, and cooling systems is required!
• 8+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or related technical field (or equivalent experience) is required!
• Experience with enterprise storage systems and data management environments is preferred!
• Exposure to project coordination, stakeholder communication, or light project management responsibilities is preferred!
