Job Description: $34.19 Hourly W2
- We are seeking a highly driven and execution-focused professional to scale merchant loyalty program integrations that drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and strategic partnerships.
- This role will own a portfolio of merchants with active loyalty programs while supporting a pipeline of new partners, ensuring seamless execution from initial scoping through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Technical and AI Fluency, Experience using Cursor and Claude Desktop.
- Comfort working with APIs, product requirements, and engineering workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, Program Management, or Consulting.
- Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
