Job Description:
- Pay: $30 – 35/hr (W2)
- 1-year assignment with possibility of extension based on performance and budget
- 100% onsite role
- You will be responsible for independently managing front desk operations, ensuring a seamless, professional experience for all employees, clients, and visitors.
- You will coordinate front office activities, maintain efficient processes, and act as a central point of communication across teams.
- You will provide high-quality customer service, setting the standard for professionalism and service excellence.
- You will own and continuously improve front office procedures, ensuring documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and scalable.
- You will proactively identify operational issues, troubleshoot root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- You will anticipate needs, minimize disruptions, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in front office, administrative, hospitality or office services roles required
- Experience in a corporate or professional services environment required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving ability and sound judgement
- Ability to coordinate across teams and build strong working relationships
