Job Description:
- Pay: 40 – 48.75/hr (W2)
- Position is budgeted through mid-summer, strong possibility for extension based on performance and continued need
- 100% remote role, can sit anywhere in the continental U.S.
- You will be responsible for analyzing customer and operational data to identify areas for improvement, make data-driven recommendations, and enhance the customer experience.
- You will monitor and optimize KPIs, identify performance gaps, and lead initiatives to improve metrics across the organization.
- You will own and enhance Sheets/Excel-based models, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and clear documentation of assumptions and logic.
- You will write SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets and leverage Python where applicable to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
- You will translate business questions into structures analyses, design dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI tracking mechanisms,
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (STEM field preferred – science, technology, engineering, or mathematics)
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, management consulting, product, or tech company roles
- Prior experience driving measurable results in a business or customer operations context
- Expertise in SQL queries, ETL processes, and A/B testing
- Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel, with experience building scalable models and automated solutions
- Python experience in a strong plus
- Preferred experience building AI models and influencing cross-functional teams
