- Pay: $27-30.75/hr.
- 6-month assignment with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct non-complex laboratory experiments and analyses using established techniques, assays, and instrumentation under scientist-level guidance.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data using statistical methods and software tools; prepare clear summaries, graphs, and reports.
- Assist in the development and execution of experimental protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Document experimental procedures, results, and observations in accordance with GLP, FDA, and internal quality standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with scientists and team members to support study execution, troubleshoot issues, and meet project timelines.
- Support root cause investigations and contribute to problem-solving efforts by researching scientific literature and applying findings.
- Maintain laboratory organization, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring availability of reagents and materials.
- Adhere to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure a compliant laboratory environment.
- Communicate findings effectively through written reports, presentations, and data visualizations tailored to different audiences.
- Continuously develop technical skills and scientific knowledge through training and self-directed learning initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience within a GLP environment
- Lab experience performing different assays and equipment
- Lab experience testing different materials or reagents
- Collection / analyzation / reporting of data
- Lab safety practices
