Job Description:
- Pay: $33 – 35/hr (W2)
- 5-month assignment with potential to extend based on performance and budget
- Fully remote, with optional in-office presence in Chicago, NY, San Francisco
- This role supports the clients’ event team, focused on delivering high-touch executive meeting experiences at major events.
- Primary responsibility is managing end-to-end meeting delivery for 1-to-1 executive-level engagements, sales teams to customers.
- Daily work includes coordinating with account teams, sourcing or confirming speakers, scheduling meetings, and managing workflows through internal systems
- Establish and manage Slack planning channels to communicate with stakeholders from planning through event execution and post-event wrap-up.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure meetings align with customer objectives and are properly prepared.
- Track timelines, prioritize competing event needs, and manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Ensure a “white-glove” customer experience for executive stakeholders (C-Suite, SVP-level), maintaining high attention to detail.
- Support additional project coordination tasks such as reporting, documentation, and internal communications.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination, event project management, hospitality, briefing centers, or related field
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with executive-level stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adapt quickly
- Experience in the tech or SaaS industry is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Slack, Google Suite, or Rainfocus is a plus (training will be provided)
- Background in hospitality or high-touch client service environments is a strong plus
