- Seeking a Product Manager to collect business requirements, lead problem solving sessions, manage sprints (Jira, Confluence), strong Data Analysis skills (ability to SQL query for data pulling would be great) – won’t be advising any external teams, this will be all Internal requests from business functions to build on the product.
- Comfortable with database querying (Tableau skills a plus)
- Execute and drive end to end product strategy for procurement to pay digital journey across GT, Meals, and ENS categories – drive product value, objectives
- Hoping to convert FTE – Manager is pushing for it but no guarantees.
- We are seeking a Product Manager II with experience in a leading technology, internet, or software development environment, with strong familiarity in agile methodologies and modern product discovery and delivery practices.
- The ideal candidate has led cross-functional teams to build high-quality, consumer-grade digital products and translate business objectives into scalable technology-enabled solutions, with a solid understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
- They possess strong technical acumen and communication skills to effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders, architects, engineers, and vendor or client teams, and are comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels in ambiguous environments to drive the highest-impact outcomes.
- In addition, the candidate demonstrates fluency in AI-native product development, including integrating Generative AI capabilities into products and leveraging AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and ChatGPT to accelerate discovery, documentation, and rapid prototyping.
- They are able to quickly translate ideas into functional prototypes or proofs of concept using low-code tools or lightweight engineering support, understand key AI product considerations such as prompt design, model trade-offs, evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI principles, and can define meaningful success metrics for AI-driven features.
- Above all, they bring a strong builder mindset, thrive in complex problem-solving environments, and push innovation in solutions that enable measurable business impact.
