- Pay: $19–$23/hour (starting rate)
- Assignment Length: 4-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and business needs
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Overview
The Inbound Logistics Coordinator serves as a primary point of contact for transportation vendors and carriers, ensuring efficient and seamless inbound logistics operations. This role focuses on delivering timely communication, resolving shipment and routing issues, and supporting system processes. Working cross-functionally with transportation planning and logistics teams, the coordinator helps maintain operational efficiency, supports vendor onboarding, and drives high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver timely and effective support to vendors and carriers by managing inquiries, resolving routing and shipment issues, and documenting cases accurately.
- Oversee vendor onboarding and system access, including user setup, maintaining location data, and supporting E-Routing and freight management platforms.
- Partner with transportation planning teams to address carrier performance concerns, troubleshoot logistics challenges, and ensure on-time shipment execution.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, merchandising/planning, or distribution required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
- Experience with ServiceNow preferred
- Experience with NICE (formerly CXone) preferred
