Job Description: $80-$92 Hourly
- Consumer Insights Consultant, provides strategic insight leadership to guide brand building, innovation pipeline, communications development, and claims strategy.
- This role designs and executes consumer research, synthesizes findings for senior leadership, and drives agile consumer led decision making for the 2027 innovation roadmap.
- Develop and maintain a rolling Consumer Learning Plan.
- Prioritize research across innovation, claims, packaging, communications, and renovation.
- Participate in strategic meetings and translate business needs into insight frameworks.
- Provide future focused category and consumer POVs (including 2028+ opportunities).
- Experience with volumetrics, naming, claims, and communications testing.
- Lead qualitative and quantitative research supporting 2027.
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 15 years of experience (CPG experience is Required)
