Job Description:
- Pay: $21-27/hr based on experience
- 2-month assignment with potential of conversion based on performance and budget
- Shift will be Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (hybrid- will be required to be on-site 1-2 days a month)
- Support high-volume recruiting across multiple Distribution Centers by scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and delivering a strong candidate experience.
- Partner with Recruiters and HR teams to coordinate hiring processes and ensure accurate new hire documentation.
- Own pre-hire administration including background checks, adjudication of flags, and offer letter preparation.
- Manage applicant flow in the ATS and Excel, tracking pipelines and preparing 100+ candidates weekly for orientation during peak periods.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years' experience in Talent Acquisition Coordination or Human Resources preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) required
