Job Description:
- Pay: $50 – 57/hr (W2)
- 9-month assignment with potential to extend based on performance and business needs.
- Remote position: candidates in either EST or CST preferred, Miramar, FL area is a plus!
- You will be responsible for facilitating sourcing events and managing supplier negotiations for professional services engagements.
- You will review, draft, and redline Statements of Work (SOWs) and contracts, ensuring strong governance, compliance, and delivery expectations.
- You will manage multiple concurrent sourcing events (6-8 at a time) aligned with category manager goals, including RFP execution and supplier selection.
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve SOW quality, mitigate delivery risk, and optimize cost and sourcing outcomes.
- You will utilize tools such as Excel (pivot tables), SharePoint, and sourcing platforms like Workday or Ariba to support sourcing and reporting activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of sourcing or procurement experience, ideally supporting professional services or consulting engagements.
- Experience leading sourcing events and managing RFP processes
- Strong contracting experience including SOW drafting, contract review, and supplier negotiations
- Ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously while working with senior stakeholders
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
