Job Description:
- Pay is $39-42/hr to start!
- 1- year assignment with potential for extension based on performance and budget.
- Monday – Friday (100% Onsite )
- This position is responsible for assigning plans to review for a time period consistent with an eight-hour day.
- Utilize the Florida Building Code to complete plans review and provide a professional opinion to the client as to whether the plans conform, or do not conform, to the Florida building code.
- Provide results to the client in accordance with the client's requirements.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/ GED is Required.
- An engineer's license, registered architect license, or building code administrator’s license is required.
